Privacy
How we use your information.
North Alabama Tree Services is a lead-generation website operated by Luke Ford. Independent contractors provide estimates and perform the work.
Estimate requests
The form collects your name, phone number, property city, ZIP code, requested service, and project details. Cloudflare processes the submission and emails it to the website operator’s private inbox. We use this information to respond to your request and assess lead quality. We may share your request with a local contractor so they can contact you about the work. We do not ask for payment details through this form.
Calls and voicemail
The displayed number is a CallRail tracking number. Calls currently go to voicemail while we test the service. CallRail stores call details, such as the caller’s number, time, and any voicemail left. We may later route calls directly to an independent contractor.
Hosting and protection
The public website and form handler run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and limit repeated submissions. A separate owner-only design preview is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and does not send form requests. Photos are served with the website; licenses appear on the Photo credits page.
